Founder’s Nest 2.0: A Walk-and-Talk Format That Redefines How Founders Connect

In a refreshing departure from conventional startup events, Wission Axis hosted Founder’s Nest 2.0: Walk & Connect Edition at Botanical Garden, Kondapur. The event brought together early-stage entrepreneurs, builders, and creative professionals for a morning of meaningful dialogue and collaborative reflection.

Unlike traditional panels and presentations, this edition of Founder’s Nest focused on simplicity, authenticity, and movement. Participants walked together through nature while engaging in candid conversations about their startup journeys, challenges, and aspirations.

A Space Designed for Honest Connection

The morning began with a casual welcome circle. Without a stage or spotlight, the tone was set for openness and ease. Participants were introduced to the flow of the session and encouraged to step into the experience not as performers or pitchers, but as peers.

After the initial icebreaker, attendees took part in a walk through the gardens. Conversations unfolded naturally, often sparked by shared struggles, curiosity, or the comfort of moving side by side. The format broke away from the usual constraints of indoor networking and instead encouraged real, uninterrupted dialogue.

Founder Challenge Huddles: Listening and Learning

Following the walk, participants gathered in small, focused groups called Founder Challenge Huddles. Each founder was invited to share one specific challenge they were currently facing. These ranged from team building and product direction to fundraising or personal burnout.

Rather than offering quick-fix advice, the huddles encouraged thoughtful reflection and mutual insight. Participants listened, asked questions, and shared what had worked in their own journeys. The atmosphere remained collaborative, grounded, and deeply human.

Building Community Without the Noise

The conversations that emerged reflected the underlying mission of Founder’s Nest — to create a space where vulnerability, clarity, and community are valued as much as strategy and growth. There were no agendas or pitch decks. Just founders helping founders think better, connect deeper, and move forward with greater purpose.

The event closed with a group photo, not as a formality but as a reminder of what had been created. As attendees left, many carried with them a renewed sense of direction, new perspectives on their challenges, and the beginning of new collaborations.

A Different Kind of Founder Gathering

Founder’s Nest demonstrated that sometimes the most impactful conversations happen away from the stage. With its walk-and-talk format, founder-led huddles, and relaxed energy, the event offered something rare in the startup ecosystem — a place where entrepreneurs could simply be themselves and still grow.
